1. Shipping Coverage

Vyomtics currently ships to all locations within India. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

2. Processing Time

Order processing times:

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Pre-order items: Processing time will be mentioned on the product page
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Orders above ₹500: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping fee
  • Remote locations may have additional charges (communicated at checkout)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using this tracking number on our courier partner's website. We recommend tracking your order regularly to stay updated on its delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid photo ID is required at the time of delivery
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Return-to-origin charges may apply for failed deliveries

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items
  • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy
  • For lost packages, please allow the full delivery window before contacting us

8. Address Changes

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address, you must cancel the existing order and place a new one.
