Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched
  • After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (return policy applies)

  • Cancellation requests must include your order number and registered email/phone

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: Items received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong Products: If you received an incorrect item
  • Time Frame: Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, damaged by customer, or have missing parts/accessories are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours
  4. Once approved, we'll arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  5. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  6. Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Inspection: Returned products are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Approval: Refunds are approved if the product meets return eligibility criteria
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
  • Credit Time: Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged or defective products, we offer replacements subject to stock availability:

  • Replacement is the preferred option for defective/damaged items
  • Replacement products are shipped within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
  • No additional charges for replacement shipping

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Products with signs of use or wear
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window (at our discretion)

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charge refunds depend on the return reason:

  • Defective/Wrong Product: Full refund including shipping charges
  • Change of Mind: Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free for defective/damaged/wrong products
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for other cases

8. Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims when needed.
